Terms of use
Updated October 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, operated by TruckVerified. Using the site means you accept them. The dispatch service itself is governed by a separate written agreement sent after we talk, not by this page.
Information, not advice
The guides, tools and calculators here are general information for carriers. They are not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice, and reading them creates no professional relationship. Regulations, fees and processing times change; we cite sources and date what we check, and the official page always wins over ours. Decisions about your authority, coverage or money deserve a licensed professional who has seen your facts.
No affiliation with any government agency
TruckVerified is a private dispatch service. We are not FMCSA, not USDOT, not any state agency, and we have no special access to any of them. Official filings are made on official systems, by you.
No guarantees
Nothing on this site promises loads, rates, revenue, approval of any filing, or any particular outcome. Freight markets move; anyone guaranteeing otherwise is selling something this site will not.
Partner links
Some links lead to partners who may pay us for referrals; those links are marked, and the full explanation is on the disclosure page. Partners' products are governed by their terms, not ours.
The usual provisions
The site is provided as is, without warranties; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on free informational content. You agree not to scrape, misrepresent or interfere with the site. If a provision of these terms fails legally, the rest stand. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date.
