What we collect

When you submit the dispatch application or the factoring quote form, we collect what you type: name, phone number, email, MC or DOT number, equipment and truck details, lanes or home base, authority status, monthly invoice volume for factoring requests, and anything you add in free-text fields. Browsing the site also generates privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, referrer, general region) and a first-party cookie that remembers which campaign brought you here, so we know what to credit.

Why we collect it

One purpose: to contact you about the dispatch or factoring help you asked for, and to run this website. We do not sell your information, run third-party ad trackers on it, or add you to marketing lists you did not request.

Who it is shared with

• Factoring requests are passed to our factoring partner, RTS Financial, so they can quote you; that is the entire point of that form, and the consent text on it says so.
• Form submissions are delivered through our email provider, Resend, which processes them to send the messages.
• Anonymous usage statistics are processed by our analytics provider.
• Nobody else, except where the law genuinely requires it.

Cookies

We use analytics measurement and a first-party cookie for campaign attribution. Forms also save your in-progress answers in your own browser (session storage) so a refresh does not erase them; that data stays on your device until you submit or close the tab.

Retention and your choices

Lead information is kept as long as we might reasonably work together and deleted on request. Text STOP to any message to stop texts; ask by email and we will delete your records via the contact page. Consent on our forms is never a condition of service.

Who we are

This site is operated by TruckVerified. We are a private dispatch service, not affiliated with FMCSA or USDOT. Questions about this policy belong on the contact page.
