Short versions here, deep versions one click away. If your question is missing, the contact page has a phone number on it for a reason.

BPricing
Q-01What does dispatch cost here?

5% of gross standard, 7% while an MC is under 6 months (it drops automatically), 4% per truck for fleets of 2+. No setup fee, no minimums, month to month. The whole card is on the fees page.

Q-02Is anything charged when the truck does not run?

No. The fee applies only to loads hauled: no haul, no pay, including shop weeks and home weeks.

CNew authority
Q-01Can you dispatch a brand-new MC?

Yes; it is a specialty. We start with brokers that accept young authorities and build the record that opens stricter ones. The plan is on the new authority page.

Q-02Do you file my authority or USDOT number?

No. You file directly with FMCSA and keep your own logins; the guides link every official page and the fees the government actually charges.

Q-03Do I need a drug testing program first?

CDL trucks, yes: pre-employment test and a random pool before operating. Non-CDL trucks are not under DOT testing. Plain-words version: the consortium page.

DPaperwork and control
Q-01Do I approve every load?

Yes. We send the numbers, the broker sends the rate confirmation directly to you, and you can simply say no. See it working on how dispatch works.

Q-02What documents do you need to start?

Authority letter, COI, W-9, truck details, and your NOA if you factor. Never logins, never blank signatures.

Q-03Which trucks do you dispatch?

All 11 equipment types on the site, with box trucks from 26 ft up. No cargo vans or sprinters, ever.

EInsurance basics
Q-01Do you sell insurance?

No. The guides explain liability, cargo and the rest in plain words with sources, starting at commercial truck insurance; licensed agents sell policies.

Q-02Why do brokers care about my insurance so much?

Because they carry the loss when a load goes wrong, so they verify filings and certificates before anything is tendered. A stale COI is the most common silent deal-killer in trucking.

FFactoring
Q-01Is factoring a loan?

No; you sell the invoice at a discount and get paid fast, and approval leans on your brokers' credit. The whole machine is on the factoring page.

Q-02Who is your factoring partner?

RTS Financial. We refer carriers and may be paid for referrals; they quote you directly, and the referral never changes your price. Details on the disclosure page.
