Primary sources or nothing

Regulatory statements in our guides cite the regulation itself (eCFR for 49 CFR parts) or the agency's own page (FMCSA, state agencies, IRS, USDA for market data). We do not source rules from other blogs, and when a fact cannot be verified from a primary source, it stays out of the guide.

Dates on everything that moves

Fees, processing times, testing rates and partner prices carry the date we checked them, and the linked official page always outranks our summary. Guides show an updated date; pages with volatile numbers are re-checked on a yearly cycle or when readers flag a change.

Who writes this

The guides and tools are written by Walter for TruckVerified. Example loads, rates and weeks are labeled EXAMPLE; we do not publish invented testimonials, statistics or reviews, anywhere, for any reason.

Money and independence

This site earns from dispatch applications and from marked partner referrals, all mapped on the disclosure page. Guides answer the reader's question first; anything an offer touches says so next to the link.
